1. Have you filled out the Support Warranty Registration card and either mailed or faxed it to us? The Warranty card must be sent to us to obtain support during this period.2. Please ensure that you have complied with the system requirements documented in the Installation Guide, and followed the proper installation instructions. 3. Check the trouble-shooting appendix of the Nucleus Installation Guide. If the trouble-shooting appendix was unable to help you, it may be beneficial to contact your hardware supplier to verify that your hardware is operating properly. 4. You will be asked to provide the Serial Number, Activation Number, System platform and TERM type settings for your system to our technical support group. Researching this before you call will assist us in providing you with faster service. 5. Check our support site on the internet.
