    Binary Star premium support subscriptions deliver 24x7 support hours with a 1 hour service response level. Standard subscriptions provide 9am to 9pm support hours in North America and 9am to 5pm support hours in the rest of the world, Monday through Friday with a 4 business hour service response level.
    Both include unlimited incidents, web and phone access, and deliver:
  • Access to certified Nucleus technicians to assist in resolving Nucleus related issues.
  • Updates: Access to user-installed Nucleus licensing authorizations, documentation, updates, patch sets and no-charge upgrades as they become available.
  • Notification of required upgrades, general enhancements and security features
  • Upgrades: No-charge access to the latest Nucleus Technology product releases
  • Phone based or VPN based patch-set assistance is available at no charge, as long as Nucleus patch sets are maintained on a current basis. Patch sets and upgrades can be installed by Binary Star technicians if requested, on a Time and Materials basis. Support entitles up to two designated individuals to request assistance on issues related to Nucleus/StarSite/NuWiki not acting as documented, or when documentation does not agree with perceived operation. Support does not normally extend to client-coded applications, as this is considered application programming. Application support is available from Binary Star professional services. Support contracts entitle clients to preferential response and reduced rates for professional services.
    Our technical support group is ready to assist you up to 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Support services include Telephone support, high-speed internet systems support, on-site consulting, staff training, and custom programming both on and off-site.
    Conversions and Migrations
    From Legacy Systems: Assistance in converting Legacy applications to a modern "look and feel" using state-of-the-art tools and utilities.
    Upgrades
    Binary Star Development Corporation can provide a senior engineer on site to assist in system upgrades to improve performance and ensure rapid and successful upgrades.
    Training and Education
    We offer a number of training programs to assist in getting your staff up to speed. Our educational programs range from Pick dictionaries and file structure through the advanced use of Nucleus Technology. Advanced programs include integration of application logic, event triggers, the Graphic User Interface, as well as Nucleus StarSite web technology.
