Understanding the Problem:
Before accepting an assignment, we will confer with the client in sufficient detail to understand the problem and the scope of study needed to solve it. These preliminary consultations are conducted confidentially, on terms agreed to by the client.

Confidentiality:
We will guard the confidentiality of all client data. We will inform the client of any situations or circumstances that might influence our judgement or objectivity.

Acceptance of assignments:
We will only accept assignments that we are qualified to perform, and, which will provide real benefit to the client. We cannot however, guarantee any specific results, such as the amount of cost savings or profit increase. We present our qualifications on the basis of competency and experience.

Solution of the problem:
We know that we are being hired for independent judgement and objectivity, technical expertise, analytical skill and the ability to bring concentrated and impartial attention to the solution of a problem.

Individualized attention:
We perform each assignment on an individualized basis, and develop practical solutions and recommendations based on the client's unique needs and requirements.

Professional Conduct:
We shall not knowingly participate in any engagement, where a member's professional skills may be used to violate the laws of any city, state, municipality or government entity.

Fees:
Fees are based on the time required plus expenses that are actually incurred in carrying out the assignment. If the client requests, a project cost may be supplied, where practical.

Project cost:
Professional time of Binary Star Development Corporation will be billed as either a fixed fee (if the required result can be precisely defined), or at an hourly rate quoted upon agreement of the scope of the project.
