History totals are automatically maintained for QtySold, QtyReturned, Qty Received, PO Qty Ordered, Transfers In, Transfers Out, Drop ship, Non-stock sales, Adjustments In, Adjustments Out, Shop use/internal use, Ordering Guide level, cycle count adjustments, Lost Sales qty, Lost Sales $$, Sales$$, Cost of Goods Sold, Qty BOM, Qty EOM and more, for sixty periods.
Retaining 60 months of inventory sales and usage history enables forecasting efficiencies and improves precision.
Categorizations for control:
Inventory can be categorized by user-definable Class, ABC code, product group, style, usage code, etc., providing exceptional metrics for analysis and reporting.
Accuracy and loss prevention
Cycle counting by group, location, inventory class or category ensures inventory accuracy by periodically checking and adjusting inventory levels. Tag counting offers an alternative method for periodic count and adjustments. Both methods help to reduce the potential for pilfering and improve inventory accuracy.
