General Ledger:
The BOSS General ledger provides an exceptional repository for accounting data. It is fed by subsidiary ledgers including: Adjusting Entries, Physical Inventory, Cost file adjustments, Cash Receipts, Inventory, Journal Entries, Sales and Memos and Warranty returns.
Custom reports are easily configured with a variety of options.
  • Flexible account structure supports a chart of accounts with numbers up to 14 digits
  • Account numbers can be independent of their categorization
  • Multiple cost center, department, locations and product line granularity
  • Open period posting allows posting to any open period
  • Enables designation of custom accounts for budgeting and reporting
  • Information "buckets" are maintained for 60 historical periods for each account
  • Budget data "buckets" can be maintained for 3 prior years and up to 10 future years
