An on-line catalog service offering more than 215,000 computer related products, ICE Web integrates the catalog offerings of the two largest computer wholesalers in the world, Tech-data and Ingram Micro.

IceWebServices provides Request for Quotation (RFQ) support, automatic emailing of inquiries to each dealer as well as automatic daily updates of price and availability. IceWebServices can be easily integrated with your existing website. Profit margins can be specified by category. Multiple price sheets are supported.

Features of the ICE Web catalog :

• Extensive search options: manufacturer, UPC code, part number, category
• Sort by price, description, part#, manufacturer
• Sort by ascending or descending description, part, price, etc
• Search for specific identifiers - i.e. 29160 may return multiple 'hits'
• Check stock levels on-line for multiple warehouses.
• View product specifications, and images as they become available.
• Lookup directly by UPC code, (if you know it)
• Lookup by part number or description (or even part of a description)
• Searches can be restricted to show only items that fall within the price range specified
• Searches can be restricted to only show "in-stock" items
• Product availability shown, is never more than 24 hours old.
• Our price catalog is automatically updated every 24 hours.

Request For Quotation (RFQ) system
The Ice Web catalog provides automatic pricing to the prospective buyer, based on cost-plus schemes on an unlimited number of product categories. Ice Web offers six different price levels based on customer type.

Special quotations can be requested by the prospective buyer to "lock-in" price and ensure availability. Quotations are maintained on-line to enable the prospective buyer to modify requests or to simplify re-order.

Quotations will be automatically emailed the customer as well as the contact person in your organization.
